Everything is a little out of perspective in this one. This a bike path, but with the lines on the new hot top you'd think it was a two lane road. The fog helped here by giving the illusion the road goes on forever. There's a person walking down the path a ways. I never knew if he was coming or going, but I wondered. I'm never at these spots for long.

Looks like this person is on the right side of the path. The big Q - do you walk with traffic or facing traffic on a bicycle trail?? - ACD
I never thought of that. I'm sure the law is different from state to state.
In the alleged walkers defense, One could argue he could have been walking in either direction, or standing in place, only creating the illusion of motion (for some odd reason). They could be enjoying the morning air, or lurking and waiting for....
Makes you think though.
