On a good day this shot doesn't happen. This is normally a "nothing" view but the fog changes everything. Many photographers wouldn't shoot on a day like this, "it's too foggy" or "too wet". Fog hides things, add mystery, allows you to do things with the camera you couldn't on a bright lit day. Makes you slow down as well!
